I will be flyfishing a semi-large reservoir near where I live, It is called
Los Vacqueros Watershed. The water is clearish green, with about a three
foot visibility level, and about 60 degrees, and the fish are out anywhere
from about 10 to 60 feet out from shore, and in about 2-10 feet of water.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what flies I should use? I haven't
flyfished it yet, but I have fished it with nightcrawlers and power bait,
and it is full of fish, and I have seen some surface activity, however I
haven't observed any hatches, and I can't tell what they are feeding on.
