Didn't Orvis just sell off the Reddington line?

Tight lines,

Working for a tackle shop in Switzerland, selling Orvis and Redington Fly Rods, I cant understand what happened, they always treat me (and my customers) very well and I think with Redington you get a lot of rod & service for your money ...

Thanks for the reply to me. I was surprised that they were rude to you..I have dealt with them for the past 5 years and they have been nothing but kind to me and very quick to respond when it comes to consumer service. I'll send you post on to Jim as he will want to know of this experience. I'm hoping that you got someone who was having a bad day. It is interesting to note in the 2002 gear report in Flyfish america that all of their rods were given ratings as good as, or to exceed those of much higher priced rods in the tests that were run. So..rudeness aside, I'm thinking that the rods themselves are a darn good investment. Joyce
