I am in need of a fishing report for New Mexico...more specifically, the Red River-Cimarron River area. I know that the Red is down quite a bit but haven't heard much about the Cimarron or Rio Costilla. This is quite a dilema. No water to the west of me and too much water to the east (Arkansas). Whats a fisherman to do? If anyone has any information they could pass along it would be greatly appreciated. I'll probably be going towards the end of next week if there is any hope of finding water.
