David, go to     flyfishnewmexico.com     This is the website of Doc 
Thompson, a good friend of mine.  check it out, you'll see reports on 
the red river, cimarron, etc.   I fish there most of the time.  Only 
problem right now is the low water on the Cimarron.  If you can't get 
the site to come up, go to my BIGTROUTMAN  site at the bottom ot the 
page and click on the links til you see fly fish newmexico.
