Del I have had this happen a number of times. My wife is a flight attendant and has to use AOL to get to her company computer- has to bid depending on where she wants to shop in the world next month.
Anyway, I have talked with AOL on a number of occasions and they tell me this happens with all programs. Well I never lost any mail in years on MSN much less had my files corrupted. They did finally fix my problem. Then I got their DSL (actually a very good product) and it happened again. They fixed it quick and it has stayed fixed this time.
