Bart, Yeah, I've even done that. Took it back to sqaure one and it still kicks me off. They've had me download stuff from Microsoft, changes settings, etc. To be honest, they really don't know what the problem is. But, like I said, the latest thing I've done seems to be working fairly well. Haven't been kicked off in several days and I've been able to get on line on the first try. It was taking up to 8 or 10 tries just to get on line for awhile there.
