Last Night, I caught a bat on a hopper fly, I think it hooked him in the wing, he fell right down in the water. He was biting madly in every direction and so I pulled it up and cut the line and he swam off. I got the hopper fly in a bass swap a while back, I wonder who tied it, I loved that fly, it was bluegill magic. Was it Ridderbos that tied it? I'm not sure but I would like the pattern, it had yellow motteled turkey, yellow deer hair, red indicator, and black legs, not sure of the hook, any help of recovering my beautiful hopper pattern would be good, Thanks, James talk later PS: hows the streamer swap I am hosting coming?
