Try hot dilly beans. I'm sure you can find the recipe on the net. They usually involve green beans, dill flowers, garlic cloves, hot peppers (your choice) white vinegar and water with a pinch of salt. Another easy one is to core orange habs and steep in (cold) white vinegar for a great addition to sandwiches. Ready in about 2 weeks. Keep refrigerated.
