[VFB] Rod Blank Question

I have a question about who may have manfacturered a rod blank that I bought on E-Bay.

I want to try my luck at building a rod.

I got the blank for a very good price -- I didn't want to spend a fortune on my first attempt at building a rod.

It is semi-translucent green and the seller says it looks blue in the sunlight.

There is a picture of it here...

Does anybody have any suggestions who may have made it?

I realize its a tough question -- but any suggestions would be appreciated.
