Ok it is an emeger pattern.. tied on a scudhook,,
dubbed nymnph like body. Cone of deer hair tied in at thorax , pointing well past eye, looks like a shaving brush.. floats upright in the film with deer hair sticking out of water and fly body beneath water... need a bit of weight in hook or in wire used as rib..
