You might try on a pair of Chotas. They're right
around the price range you're looking for, they fit
great right out of the box. My pair comes up just over
the ankle, don't know if that would be enough support
for you or not. Like Jimmy said, you can put in some
arch supports after market. They have optional cleats
that screw into specific locations on the sole made
for that purpose. Only complaint I have is that the
felt on the heel fell off one of my shoes. Didn't
notice it for probably a month and with the cleats in
it didn't seem to make any difference I could tell.
