[VFB] CAJUN FRIED TURKEY

Jody and I are headed for Leander, TX for Thanksgiving. Our 5 kids, their spouses and 5 grandkids will be there. My oldest daughter is doing her CAJUN FRIED TURKEY. Believe me, it's a great dish! The gals will get caught up on family stuff, us guys will watch football on TV and the grandkids will be begging me to take them to see my Longhorns, (Diablo and Calico), who are at my place just down the road. Five grandkids and counting. ;-)
