[VFB] Help on a purchase

Alright guys here is my situation.
Im going to be buying a dry fly neck for a friend. And Im going to buy it from Metz...Its the cheapest "name brand" I can find. Would I be better off buying a Grade 1 dry fly neck or a Metz Mirco Barb Saddle? Price isnt a problem, im going for Quality. DonO, this is where you chime in and tell me Whiting is better. I know that already, but I dont have the 80 bucks for a Whiting Hackle. Any help you guys have on this would be very muxh appreciated. Happy Tying.
