STEVE,

Are you asking how to store the tapered Leader with both flies attached??? I cannot think of Anyway to do that, especially if the "bob" fly is a dryfly....the hackles would get smashed, thrashed & trashed in short order. When i fish two fly rigs, and i'm done fishing for the day. I simple try to "secure" both flies in various line guides on the rod so the set up is ready to go next Morning. When the Trip is Done I simply remove both flies, stick them in the "Drying Patch". I snip off the "extention Line" from the Blood Knot then reel up the leader onto the reel spool...unless the Leader is gone, then it's into a Line recycleing bin at the local Tackle store.

You might be able to rig something with a Plastic storage box from a Bead Store...say a box measuring  3 1/2 X3 1/2 inches & about an inch deep....coil up the leaders with the flies attached Carefully & store them inside the box. For myself I find it takes little time rigging up for 2 flies when I'm fishing....but that's my view on the Subject...

I've been using more two fly set-ups. What has anyone found that works well in storing these rigs without crimping the mono and easily attaching the flies securely?
