Sorry for this post, but I need assistance from a windows guru.

Problem:

The OE 'send-box' mysteriously locks up and shows lack of memory, although
empty.

Since they have no where to go, I cannot send emails unless I type type
them, put them in the outbox, shut down, restart, open Outlook Express and
then auto re-send.

Temp. Cashe's have been emptied, but altered by an upgrade from microsoft.

After a start-up, I may be able to sneak one email out before the send-box
shows the 'out of memory' message again.
