(1) Lineman's pliers (Heavy duty Electrical pliers) Or, if it's really thick: (2) Dremel tool with cut-off wheels (Use pliers to hold hook as it will heat up and use safety goggles cawz if'n you get the cut-off wheel tilted or put too much pressure on it they'll shatter).
