'Tis true... We caught 4 trout yesterday on the 2nd Annual FYAO at
the Gunpowder. Caught them all on black or olive BH wooly
buggers. Water temps were a might cool though, 36 - 38
degrees. Think I'm gonna change the name of this tradition.
Instead of the FYAO (Freeze Yer Arse Off), change it to the FYTO (Freeze
Yer Toes Off)...

Yep, PA & MD have certain streams open year round for catch and
release trout for fly fishing. Texas just doesn't make the
cut.
