[VFB] Fly patterns for BC

Hi.
We are 3 guys from Denmark that is planning a trip to BC in the
fall(first 2 weeks of October). I have seen here that a couple of the
listmembers is from BC, so can some of you help me with some good
flypatterns.
We will be fishing for whatever is in the rivers at that time, salmon,
rainbow, trout and whatever will takt our flyes :-).
The rivers we will be fishing could bee : Fraser River, Vedder River,
Squamish, Skagit and Dwedney Slough maby Elk River in Fernie. Thanks -
