These problems are not the fault of public access they're simply not obeying the regulations.  They should loose their fishing license for the season.  Maybe we should enforce some kind of public service and they should spend a weekend cleaning our shores as well.  I really don't see a lot of this around here but I know it happens.  Call the dept of fish and wildlife and give them the plates or the registration of the vehicle or boat.

I agree to disagree on this one. True, all water was/is God given. True, all should have access. True, Fees and leases are a form of discrimination.
Now, think about it. If we did give way to everyone this is what we would have: Beer cans, fire pits, bait containers, trash. We would see people casting corn to trout and keeping every one they catch. Salmon would be the same way. Ever see a family of bait fishers? When they go for trout, most of them each have their own stringer. Around here the limit on trout is 8 That gives the power to a family of four to keep 32 trout!
Now, I am not downing the bait fisher, I drown a worm with the grand kids every now and then. What I am saying is that Leasing, though not for me, is a practice that does help the fishery.

Just my . 25 cents worth.
