Thanks everyone......I did find replacements at the URL listed below.   They have a complete repair kit with all the screws, springs and blades.

Try this website: <www.westchestersewing.com> they carry Wiss scissors of all kinds, may have replacement blades, too. You can always see about getting the blades resharpened, places that deal in knives, hunting, cooking, etc sometimes have resources for that. I keep my scissors in shape by occasionally making a few cuts through a sheet of very fine sandpaper. Has to be real fine, not coarse. Good luck.
