you can use anything-- ultra hair, streamer hair , supreme hair, polar fibre,

kinky fibre, bucktail.  I even used some stuff I took off a synthetic duster

my wife had at the house.

I've been tying up some surf candies using Super hair. It's a great fly but I'm finding the colors made for Super hair are limited. Is it possible to dye Super hair with fabric dye such as Rite? Has anyone tried this? If not I'm going to give it a go, just wanted some advice first.
