[VFB] Spray Adhesive for Craft Foam

I am going to start tying up some foam bugs and was curious what everyone thought was the best way to glue two sheets of foam together, prior to using my foam cutters (e.g. chernobl bodies and hoppers). I have some Krylon Easy-Tack Repositional Adhesive (that is all the craft shop had), and it doesn't seem to hold too well. What do you guys recommend.
