Hey Matt, welcome to the foam world. I use super 77 spray adhesive by 3M. It comes with two nozzles, one for a one inch spray and one with a 3 inch spray. I spray both sheets of foam then wait for them to tack up a bit. Then sandwich them together and put a heavy book on them overnight (usually the benchside fly tiers reference). When you are done the sheets will be laminated together and yet still flexible.
