Hey Deb, It's alright. Our big lizards and "men in grey suits" don't mind the kayaks; they can just bite right through 'em! ;-> You'll just have to come for a visit and check them out for yourself! They generally won't bother you; here's a lizard pic I took from my kayak (apologies if I've posted this before). http://www.pbase.com/image/2202773 And our sharks (generally) don't eat mammals; you need to go to the west coast (or other more exotic locales) for those little fishies.
