I have been mostly a lurker here for 4 months, and am just finishing up some overdue reading on the list. I work contracting jobs, so am short of time when employed! But, my neice works for ebay, she was in customer service, now is a 'Billing Admin', whatever that is, but, I inquired, and a email to [EMAIL PROTECTED], will get you to the right person. And contrary to the rumors of the .com boom, she is not a millionaire, she was a very early employee of ebay, out of highschool in customer service. But, she was able to buy a modest first home for her and her family, with procedes of options. I'm glad someone got to do that, but also HATE IT, when you can't get service...

I finally got a phone number from paypal  of all people. I just went in
and cancelled all my PayPal/ebay auction PW's.....
