Yes it does if it is used as chum, no problem with using a
kernel or two as bait.
I still think it is repulsive.
Here at the fish hatchery they do both. I have seen anglers (I use the term loosely) scatter a whole can of corn like they were carp fishing. Then take two rods and rig up with either power bait in pink or salmon eggs on one and corn on the other.
I will need some sort of proof to convince them that this does harm the fish, anyone have any ammo?
