Del: You work for the Department of Natural Resources,
don't you? You should have all the data and input from your
state, and other states who regulate this type of chumming,
and ban the use of corn.......... I suspect your biologists
would have some of this info available. Let me know.

Here at the fish hatchery they do both. I have seen
anglers (I use the
term loosely) scatter a whole can of corn like they were
carp fishing. Then
take two rods and rig up with either power bait in pink or
salmon eggs on one
and corn on the other.
I will need some sort of proof to convince them that
this does harm
the fish, anyone have any ammo?
