[VFB] cabelas chest vest question

Does anyone own one of the cabelas deluxe chest vests offered on page 118 of the 
cabelas fly fishing catalog? I am wondering if you own onw if you like it? What is the 
quality like? etc. For 40 bucks it looks pretty nice. I had a chest pack before that I 
didnt care for. IT zippered up the front between two bags and since the front always 
outweighed the back it was constantlystraining my neck. Any opinions are helpful
