[VFB] Winger flys

Dono, was just looking at your pictures of winger Mayflies, and am wondering if the wings are tied in prior to the hackle or after?  And what the process is for getting the wing to stand in this upright position?  Thanks for your help.   Fish-On Jon Emmons
