A TOOTH PICK WITH BLUE TAC ON THE END OF IT WILL PICK UP the eyes, put
some 
fast setting superglue on the back of the eyes place it on the fly, wait
30 
seconds and the superglue should be set hard enough for u to be able to 
remove tooth pick and blue tack but leaving eye on the fly..
