Dead right mate, i have a few secret patterns that will stay in my box, u can share a lot with fellow tyers but not evrything, i have spent months seasons and years developing some irish patterns and buzzers, they took a lot of time effort and money to develop and as i said these patterns stay in my box and my fathers box.If some of you guys cannot handle it well then thats just tough, this is a great list a lot is shared and a lot of help is given so be grateful and don't be bitchy,,

This has got to stop!!!!!!!!!! It is very obvious that a lot of you don't know John. Otherwise you wouldn't have the gall or ____________, (you fill in the blank). John is one of the most helpful tyers I know it was my pleasure and honor to share a table with him at last years Michigan Fly Tying Expo. Let me tell you he went out of his way to help people. The pattern is question is not one of his own so how can you expect him to share it. I have private patterns that I have talked about on list. Some have the pattern others do not. When you are asked to keep something to yourself you should do so! If VFB is going to devolve to what other lists are; I know that I won't be apart of it.
