I'm getting carp fever!! Anybody know specific waters where in Oregon, especially the Hwy. 97 corridor or Eugene to Portland where there is a healthy population of carp? Or maybe the Columbia River ponds?
Here I sit in the middle of trout flyfishing Nirvana, and I'm looking for carp waters? Go figure.
I can remember growing up in Denver, Colorado and seeing the huge carp fighting over popcorn at Lakeside Amusement Park. Not the most photogenic looking creatures you've ever seen, and can't believe I want throw a fly at one now. *worried look*
