Contact the FFF. I think they have a program where you can
borrow rods and vises for a period of time for a cause like
this. I would also hit the fly shops and the local
businesses.
I know it can be time consuming, but it worked for us. A rod
company donated 30 rods and reels. The contact I had with
Cortland passed away last year. Have not made a new contact.
They gave us about 50 fly lines. We had about 60 youths in
our group. Our club now gives 500.00 a year towards
Scholarships. I will send you a name off list of a person in
Colorado that gets donations for youth groups such as yours.
