If you are fishing a popper or top water fly, cast it out
and wait till all the rings disappear, then wait and wait
some more, wait till you can't stand it any more . Give a
little twitch and wait again. Do this three or four times.
If no take, cast again and repeat.
A take will usually be a explosion on a bug and on a fly
usually just a sip.
