Steven.contact me off-list if you can use Chinese neck-quality (that is,
short feathers). Have three necks - one bright orange with a bit of a
yellowish cast, one sort of fluorescent orange (more or less) and one orange
with a slight reddish cast. All are dyed over white.

Can pluck some hackles from one or more - depending on how much you need -
let's visit - unless you have already gone the Kool-Aid route.
