Hey, Dean, i might very well be wrong, but if this is Owens Creek of Maryland you mention, then its very high. The limestone and forest and farmland are all slowly seeping water into it, so conditions should stay high through the weekend. Again, i might be mistaken...:-)

Any way to find out what the flow conditions on the Lower Owens are?
I'm planning a weekend trip and need to know if I should stop there or
head up to Hot Creek.
