i seen a small fly tonite that the fish were feeding heavily on. i think it was a mahogony dun but after looking in my streamside ref.boook it could be a dark sulpher any ways i tried adams in 16-18 paraduns and got refusals except three. i was watching th eduns and they struggled for a long time with wings upright so im not sure if i should tie up some emergers or some paraduns or comparaduns i will probaably do all three but if anyone has a great pattern i would be interested in copying it
thanks , brad
btw these flys had 2 tails and slate colored wings unmarked.top of body was light chocolate brown and a lighter tan under body segmented. i will try some experimenting tonite
later
