These are things I'd use: Cajun seasoning for blackened tuna
orange juice/pineapple juice with a bit of salted butter
Italian dressing basted as it grills on the grill
bit of herb and butter, whatever you like
Canada steak/chicken seasoning on the grill
Butter with garlic and baste it
Lemon pepper

Too bad you live so far away, I'd love a pieceof fresh tuna. Joyce
