I'm the expert because I fished the White this year during the Sowbug. - End March to April.
Do not read the following link

It holds a lot of recommendated flies for every stage of the year and might lead you to some tying. I did.
Ask Tony, he is a better expert <G>. He lives on the White. His suggests only one fly, the Chili Pepper. I've got some from him and caught my fish with this flies. Forgot to use my box of flies which I tied at home in advance of the trip.
One evening we had some caddis action, little caddis. Probably some emerger would do the trick as well.
Take some Neoprene waders with you. on mornings we had some ice on the water.
When will you go to AR?
Rene having now a box of Chili Pepper.

Has anyone done any fishing in the state of Arkansas? I am wondering about the White River and the North Fork River. I need info on what flies to use and what methods to apply. I will be there at the end of March/begining of April. Any information would be helpful.
