Greetings Bill !      Yep, that's a pretty little golden stonefly.   I used to see some like that in Colorado.  It's quite a bit brighter in color than the little yellow sallies that we have here in Idaho & Montana, which are out now as well.  Nothing bigger than a size 14, probably do better with 16's.  The mayfly looks like the basic BWO, with accompanying nymph, olive looking things...      Those would be my votes, let's see what some of the others think... :-) Nice pics!
