I am not familiar with Oliver Edwards except for the occasional mentions on this list. Edwards has almost zero web presence, at least during my searches. Can someone please give us a brief rundown on who this tier is, main claim to fame, major books, significant fly patterns, theories/styles, whatever you think might help?
