Jimi,

One thing I forgot to mention in my "off list" email to you: My son Joe was told by a neighbor that if he'd take the carcasses of coyotes that he'd trapped/killed and hang them on the fence that other coyotes wouldn't come around anymore. His neighbor has 6 on his fence and NO MORE COYOTES. Joe's working on some traps now, plus trying to lure them in with a varmint call at night so he can shoot them. We can still kill coyotes in TX.

Well folks sorry for not responding to a lot of mail,
Our lovable little cat "Jenny Joe" is dead.

Jimi,
Sorry to hear of your loss. Coyotes are the reason our once free-roaming cat became a house cat when we moved here 4 1/2 years ago. However, we are not allowed to hunt or trap them in this area. Too many homes. Give Theresa my condolences, and you are in our prayers.
