This is the second time Reddington has been taken over. I believe the original owners of Reddington sold the company to Orvis and then re-purchased it back from Orvis - now they have sold to Sage.
I think that it is unfortunate as some diversity is lost. Perhaps Reddington was experiencing financial difficulty, in which case, this is better than losing Reddington altogether. Neville Gosling Greater Vancouver BC
