First hang them out to dry in the sun. Don't worry about the flies. They won't 
eat enough to be a problem. Then get some real nice Maduro wrappers, and if 
you need to find a Cuban to roll them up.

After rolling let age for 18-24 months at about 70% humidity.

After heating with a decent torch lighter to a nice cherry coal. Take a puff. 
You will have found the smoke you are looking for.
