I was wondering, I "Know" you can smoke salmon. Can other fresh water fish be smoked to preserve them ? Such as panfish, bass, walleye, trout ??? If so, dose anyone have ant brine recipes for doing such ?? As someone ounce said, "Inquiring minds want to know" Jimi
