The cold ffront came through and the weather was great this morning.  Temps in the 60's.

Hit a pond this morning in the wind. It was blowingn about 15 to 20 mph.

The best fly is uded to catch fish this morning was a black fly with white rubber legs.
Legs were a "V" pointing over the eyes and back of the shank.  Aother "V" on each side at the front.  Black chenille wrapped as the body.

Cast into the wind with a very slow retrieve.  Had several hits but did not hook as many as got away.

Weird thing was the bass of about 6" coming straight up in the water column to take something.  Could not see what they were taking. They would stick their heads out of the water.Hopefuly the wind will be slowing Monday for another try.
