Make a plain black Woolly Bugger into an "Electric Bugger" by ribbing it with a single strand of royal blue flashabou.  Reports are that it'll out-fish the regular Bugger 10-1!   Janet   What do you all suggest as to methods, techniques, and patterns??     In my streamer box I currently have Woolly Buggers in Brn, Brn/blk, Brn/Orange, Blk, and Olive.
