Forget the flybox with foam inserts. Get yourself some of the Plano Stowaways in the desired configuration and you will be good to go. I use the 3500 series for all my streamers, topwater sliders & poppers, etc. Inexpensive and very servicable.

PS...... I think I could make one from a plastic pencil case if I had some ripple foam of bristle tack. Unfortunately I don't have any.
