Gary, a one day non-resident license here in N.Y. is $15.oo so that may give you an idea of what an average is........probably less. New York is a very expensive state to live in. So what kind of a fishing trip are you planning on taking? There aren't very many interstates i haven't traveled over and over and over. Have fun. mark

You will need one for each state.  Plus some parks require their own
permits.
