Streamers like woolly buggers generally represent leeches, other streamers may represent bait fish.   They are wonderful streamers and can be used for anything from trout, bream, crappie, bass to salmon from my experience.   I once caught(and released..I tie on barbless)about 20 nice trout on one black(crystal flash)woolly bugger in around an hour out of a single pool(Middle Fork of the New River, NC).   One of my favorite flies!   Mike Robinson   ----- Original Message ----- From: Ed Ward To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, December 11, 2003 1:26 AM Subject: [VFB] Just gotta know Ok  I'm  far from  being a good   fly  fisherman   never  had  any   training   but   I    do  enjoy   fly fishing  I  read   alot   talk to  guys  on  the  creeks  and  pick up  stuff  from   here in the  club.
